Please note: Season: All day, all through the year, when the weather is suitable. We will provide you with an estimated time for pick-up at the time you book. Our team will either send an email or call you via phone to confirm the pick-up time a day before the hot air balloon flight between 5:00 and 7:00 pm.

Pick-up:
- Summer (April through October) between 4:00 and 5 am, based on the place of your hotel or Riad
- Winter (November through March) are from 5:00 am to 6 am, based on your residence or hotel area
We'll pick you up at your hotel or Riad in Marrakech for a ride to our launch location early in the morning, you will then witness the preparation of the balloons on the ground.
You will have the opportunity to watch and take pictures. The preparations last only 15 minutes.
The hot air balloon will take off following the briefing for passengers, which marks your amazing experience over Marrakech.

Take-off and flight :
The hot air balloon begins its journey around dawn, the elevations rise to approximately 1000 meters to give you the sunrise and stunning perspectives of the Marrakech palm grove as well as its villages.
Then they descend and glide through Berber villages and the gorgeous landscape of the Marrakech palm grove, offering stunning views for pictures or record videos. The duration of the tour is around 1 hour.
On landing :
We will serve you a delicious traditional Moroccan breakfast buffet served under Caidale tents when you land.
An official flight certificate will be presented your way by the team to mark the Marrakech ballooning experience.
Late in the morning, our minibus (or 4×4) will bring you back to your hotel or Riad in Marrakech, the Marrakech hot air ballooning experience has ended.
