Cancellation fees will apply as follows "for the normal dates":
o Cancellation of arrangements up to 36 days before departure: Loss of deposit and partial payment.
o Cancellation of arrangements from 35 days to 16 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost.
o Cancellation of arrangements from 15 days until the start of services: 100% of the tour cost.
However, for the premium dates, please be informed that most of the bookings might be non-refundable due to the high demand and/or space limitations at certain hotels/Nile Cruise ships.
