This journey is not only about the hike but also about the natural hidden gems along the way. Discover a tea plantation, crystal clear waterfalls and tons of incredible natural sights. At the tea plantation, you can learn everything about the tea, from its multiple variations to its different procedures. Plus you will get a chance to see the locals in action. Later on, you'll go on an exciting whitewater rafting experience that follows with a break at some wonderful waterfalls for a refreshing bath. You'll stay overnight at the hotel and start your hike at 3 am. During the pilgrimage season (December to May), the route is illuminated by a sparkling ribbon of lights, which are visible from miles around and that from afar look like a trail of stars leading into heaven. Out of season you will need a torch. Both ways are impressive, it just depends on the time of your visit.
