Nestled beneath an 18th-century palazzo, this atmospheric space was once a Roman cistern from the 1st century AD, now beautifully restored and transformed into a refined tasting venue adorned with antique furnishings and timeless charm.

Fabullus Wine Cellar / Food tasting with wine pairing. The meeting point is at Via dell'Arco di San Callisto 20, inside the "Residenza San Callisto", at Fabullus Wine Cellar. We kindly ask all guests to arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time to ensure a smooth and timely beginning of the experience.

  • The Rome Fabullus Tasting Menu includes a guided tasting led by our expert team, who will share the stories, origins, and characteristics of each product served.
  • Accompanying the wines is a rich tasting menu, featuring a seasonal selection of:

  • Cured meats, including prosciutto and pistachio mortadella
  • Creamy buffalo mozzarella and buffalo ricotta
