Explore a local Cancun market with your chef, discovering Mexican ingredients and selecting fresh products for your class. It's where your Mexican cooking experience truly begins—before you ever step into the kitchen.

Back in the kitchen, prepare Mexican favorites from scratch: guacamole in a traditional molcajete, handmade tortillas, sopes, enchiladas, a margarita and arroz con leche, while learning traditional techniques from your chef.

With groups limited to just 10 guests, you'll have time to cook, ask questions and learn, whatever your experience level.

When the cooking is done, sit down together and enjoy the meal you've created. You'll also receive a digital recipe book to recreate your favorite dishes back home.

With roundtrip transportation available from Cancun and Costa Mujeres hotels, your culinary adventure can begin right from your hotel. Come hungry and leave with one of the most delicious memories of your time in Cancun.
