Practical notes. A dress code applies almost everywhere: closed shoes, long trousers for men after dark, swimwear only at the beach or the pool. Book weeks ahead, and months ahead for weekends and public holidays. Minimum spend and table deposits are routine, so ask in advance whether that amount is credited against drinks. Check the age rule as well — clubs and pool lounges often admit guests from 21, and children are turned away even in daytime.
