Welcome to Sri Lanka! Well be there at the Colombo airport waiting to pick you up and bring you back to our boutique hotel in Negombo. Well have a beachfront welcome dinner and drinks at sunset, the perfect start to your adventure.

Day 2: Temples and Drive to Sigiriya

1 Dambulla Royal Cave Temple
Today well head into the center of Sri Lanka, where well learn about the countrys history and culture. Our first stop is the Dambulla Cave Temple, a temple carved deep into the rock face. Next up is the Golden Buddha, a giant statue on a hilltop looking down onto the town below. In the evening, we'll check into our accommodation with views of Sigiriya Rock which we will be climbing in the morning.
