This dinner-show takes place in a historic building that dates back to the late 18th century and has been used as a tango house since 1969. It is a place that maintains the original atmosphere and contains many memories and stories of renowned characters who attended this traditional tanguería.
07:15 pm Pick up from Palermo Hotels (Soho, Hollywood, Botanico)
7.30-8pm: pick up from centrally located hotels (Downtown, Recoleta, Congreso)
8pm: Dinner begins at 8pm, the three-course gourmet cuisine only improved by the exclusive Argentine wines available. El Viejo Almacén offers two menus: one classic and another VIP with more sophisticated options.
10:00 pm: The tango show begins after the delicious dinner. We will cross the narrow Balcarce street to go to a small and intimate theater where we will contemplate the show.
The show begins with a short video about the history of tango and then you will marvel at the professionals on stage: an orchestral sextet, four dance couples and two leading Argentine tango singers, Hugo Marcel and Roxana Fontan. The atmosphere generated by this historical place with colonial style along with live music and artists on stage, will amaze you leaving you speechless.
11:45pm: Once our incredible show finishes, well bring our tour to a close by dropping you back at your hotel after what is sure to be an unforgettable evening.
