Please note: Insurance for ATV (10 USD) and lockers (5 USD). The price is per passenger, and shared ATVS must be done in pairs. Maximum for ziplines weight: 110 Kg/ 240 lb. Individual ATV: The minimum age required to drive is 16 years old. Children under the age of 16 years are not permitted. Shared ATV: Children 511 years old can participate accompanied by an adult. Children under 4 years old cannot board. The pick-up is not available in Tulum and the limit is the Playa car area of Playa del Carmen. Once passed, you'll go to Coco Bongo Playa del Carmen to board the transportation. If you're staying in an apartment, the tour operator will suggest a meeting point among the following: Hotel Bonampak, Coco Bongo Playa del Carmen Calle 12 Norte, corner with Av. 10 Norte, or hotel The Elements Calle Flamingo, Av. CTM &, Zazil-ha, 77720 Playa del Carmen, Q.R.. The local operator will communicate the pickup time closer to the service date. Pickups are available at any hotel in the Cancun, Costa Mujeres and Playa Mujeres zone.
