The maximum weight is 300 pounds (136 kilograms) per passenger. Passengers weighing over 250lbs, or 113 kg must purchase an additional seat. The scheduled duration of tours varies based on flight routing, airspace restrictions, and weather conditions.
We reserve the right to amend flight paths for safety without giving notice to passengers. Flight routes are altered during Yankee home games to avoid restricted airspace. All passengers must pass through a metal detector security screening and present a valid government-issued ID for security purposes. Prices are subject to change without notice. The helicopter team reserves the right to refuse boarding to passengers or upgrade passengers at any time. Important: you need to arrive at least 50 minutes before the tour starts, check in is 45 minutes prior to the start.
