Full description

Visit to the Congost de Mont Rebei considered one of the most impressive and less known natural jewels of Catalonia is a gorge formed by the Noguera Ribagorçana River as it passes through the Sierra del Montse ..

We will know Lleida, located in the autonomous community of Catalonia and its most tourist sites.

We will arrive at the Serra de Montsant, a perfect place for hiking, incredible views and a variety of activities in the same enviable place. Hidden corners, caves, views that reach the sea, seeing the cape of Salou and swamp of Siurana on clear days

We will visit the First Cartujo Monastery of Spain: its centuries of history and looting, and the various turbulent stages that have passed have taken its toll. Today only the partially preserved ruins remain, but visit the rooms where the Carthusians spent hours, days and years in the most absolute of silences.

And ends enjoying a small wine tasting

Itinerary

Day 1: Barcelona - Mont Rebei - Lleida

Visit a beautiful gorge created by the Noguera River, which cuts through the Sierra de Montsec, forming a natural border between Aragon and Catalonia.

A vertiginous zig zag staircase allows us to reach the partially excavated track in the middle of the vertical wall, which leads to the top of the nature reserve and the Montsec from where the view of the Pyrenees is unmatched. Along the way, it is very likely that we can find a large number of birds such as griffon vultures, golden eagles, vultures and bearded vultures, as well as different species of bats.

In the afternoon we will travel to the historic city of Lleida, where an amalgam of peoples and civilizations has left a rich and restless cultural legacy that is reflected in the modern city it is today. We will visit the essential points of the city: La Seu Vella, Romanesque cathedral of the s. XIII, the most emblematic monument of the city Palau de la Paeria The ruins of the Castell Templer de Gardeny Church of Sant Llorenç The streets of the historic center Parc dels Camps Elisis

We will have dinner in the streets of the city center

We will stay in this beautiful Capita de Lleidal.
