Umbwe Gate to Umbwe Cave Camp. Your journey begins at Umbwe Gate, trekking through a dense, lush rainforest. This route is known for being steep and physically demanding right from the start.Elevation: 1,600m to 2,850mDistance: 11 kmDuration: 5–7 hours
