Food on the Antalya coast is barely sold on its own — it is built into other programmes. Boat days come with lunch aboard: the pirate yacht feeds you between swims, the Green Canyon tour lays a table on the water, and in both cases the cooking is simple — chicken or fish, rice, salad. Drinks on the pirate boats are usually charged separately, while on canyon trips they are sometimes included.

The evening format is different. The Turkish night at Side runs all-inclusive: dinner, a folk programme, belly dance, drinks without a tab. It is not a gastronomic outing but an evening around a table, and the menu there is secondary — the main thing happens on stage.

Practical notes. If a tour lists lunch, check whether drinks are included: on this coast that is the most common surcharge. Flag vegetarian or gluten-free needs at booking — there is nothing to swap in with aboard. Turkish nights start around eight and finish near midnight, with the return transfer usually included. And remember that the real cooking of the region is not in the tours but in the markets and lokantas of the towns: Kaleiçi in Antalya, the old quarter of Alanya, and the Manavgat market, all of which you can reach on your own.
